Migration to FRA1: In Progress

The migration to FRA1 is currently in progress. Our team is ensuring a seamless transition with minimal downtime. We’ll keep you updated as the process advances.

We are excited to announce that the migration of host orange to our FRA1 data center is underway! The new setup comes with significant hardware upgrades:

• 64 GB of RAM for enhanced performance
• Improved CPU power to handle more demanding workloads

This migration ensures better reliability, scalability, and overall system efficiency. Stay tuned for further updates as we complete this transition!

We added this server again since m1.mc.zhylon is down at the moment.

We have closed this Server since it can't be restored. All other servers will be handle the traffic for this old one.

We worked on some fixes for this server. But unfortunately we ran out of the options we have. Since we migrated all of the Minecraft Servers now to our other servers, we decide to close this server now forever.

We will have to move some loadbalancer and failover addresses and then this server will be shut down.

Also we will add some more information, why we were not able to start this server again or fix the problems we ran into.

System needs to be rebuild. No data will be lost.

We have already synced 85% of all Minecraft Servers. When this process is done, we will start rebuilding the complete server and setup a fresh installation.

We have some huge problems with this server. We are going to investigate more and try to sole the problems. Meanwhile we will push all Minecraft Servers to the other nodes and send you an email when your server is able to connect again.

We have launched a fallback server to keep the services running. This server seems to have some performance issues but our service can now be track your website monitors.

We try to work on some performance improvements to bring up a normal status.

We have an problem with our hosted webspace. It seems that the server "Sitealarm.de" is offline and not reachable. Since we can not restore a database backup, we need to wait till the server and webspace is up again.

We hope the service will be back soon. If we can not detect a fix from our hosting provider, we will install a backup from this morning (3 hours of data will be lost).

FIXED

We had a problem with our SSL-Certification instances and could not serve any traffic through our websites. The issue was solved around 22:00.

Our Engineering team has resolved the networking issue. All services should now be operating normally. If you continue to experience problems, please open a ticket with our support team. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Our engineering team has implemented a fix to resolve the networking issue and is continuously monitoring the situation. We will post an update as soon as the issue is fully resolved.

This is an update while we received some questions, if this is related to the down services from Facebook.

We have a few services from Facebook in use, such as the OAuth Logins so you people have a good experience when using our own service. But this would only affect your login to your Dashboard. Since login is always possible, you could still login using a one-time password from your Backup Token.

The main issue could be some network related misconfigurations we installed earlier this day.
